The family of Mr. Hooker has an extensive amount of experience in the legal profession as his father was Judge for the 21st Judicial Circuit of the Commonwealth of Virginia for thirty-two years. His grandfather also practiced law with Mr. Hooker's father, and served as a member of the United States Congress.
